【摘要】 從白靈側耳的分類地位、遺傳學、栽培技術、營養生理、營養成分與藥用價值等方面的研究現狀進行綜述,并指出目前研究中存在的主要問題,對提高白靈側耳產量和質量、促進產業發展等進行展望。

【Abstract】 This review describes the current status of research on the taxonomy,genetics,cultivation,physiology,and the nutritional and medicinal values of Pleurotus nebrodensis.Existing problems,and measures for improving mushroom yields and quality are discussed.
