【摘要】 采用原生質體分離、菌絲尖端分離和組織分離3種方法對雙孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)As2796的退化菌株進行分離,應用灰色關聯度分析法綜合評價不同分離株的農藝性狀,篩選綜合性狀優于As2796退化菌株的提純復壯菌株。結果表明,3種分離方法均能獲得提純復壯的菌株,其中原生質體分離株P28的提純復壯效果最好。
