【摘要】 對收集到的36個灰樹花(Grifola frondosa)菌株在人工控制的環境條件下進行品比試驗,為工廠化生產選擇表現優良的菌株。共進行4輪篩選,從出菇正常的15個菌株中選擇4個表現良好的菌株進行擴大栽培,對其穩定性進行研究。篩選出原基形成率高、抗逆性好的2個來自慶元的菌株(灰M良和灰M云)用于人工控制條件下生產。
【Abstract】 Thirty six Grifola frondosa strains obtained from sources in China,USA,Norway,Japan,Slovenia and Korea were cultivated in an artificially controlled environment.After the first cultivation cycle,15 strains were scored as fruiting normally,and four of these strains were selected on the basis of superior characteristics(fruiting rate,biological efficiency) exhibited after a second cultivation cycle.Two strains,Hui M liang and Hui M yun,were further selected as suitable candidates for industrial-sc...
