【中文摘要】 綜述了羊肚菌生物學特征、營養成分和保健功效、生化和分子生物學特點、菌絲體深層發酵、人工栽培以及開發應用等方面的研究成果 ,并提出了今后羊肚菌研究與開發的側重點。
【英文摘要】 Achievements in the study of Mochella,including the biological characteristics,the nutrient components and the health effects,the further fermentation,the artificial cultivation,as well as the exploitation of Mochella were summarized.And the key points of study and exploitation of Mochella were put forward too.
