【中文摘要】 運用響應面分析法優化姬松茸液體發酵培養基中紅糖和酵母膏濃度。結果表明,紅糖濃度為20.24g/L、酵母膏濃度為2.055g/L時,菌絲體生物量最高,達2.279g/L;紅糖濃度為20.8g/L、酵母膏濃度為2.23g/L時,胞外多糖產量最高,達0.749g/L。
【英文摘要】 Response surface experiments were conducted on Agaricus blazei to determine the optimal concentration of brown sugar and yeast extract for mycelial biomass and exopolysaccharide yield.The results showed that the mycelial biomass could reach of 2.279g/L when the concentrations of brown sugar and yeast extract were 20.24g/L and 2.055g/L respectively.And the exopolysaccharide yield could reach of 0.749g/L when the concentrations of brown sugar and yeast extract were 20.8g/L and 2.23g/L respectively.
