【中文摘要】 以胞外多糖為指標(biāo),通過搖瓶培養(yǎng)的方式對白靈菇液體發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基及培養(yǎng)條件進行了研究。結(jié)果表明,白靈菇液體發(fā)酵產(chǎn)胞外多糖的最佳培養(yǎng)基組合為:葡萄糖2%、蛋白胨0.75%、CaCl20.2%;白靈菇液體發(fā)酵產(chǎn)胞外多糖的最佳發(fā)酵條件為:起始pH值7.0,接種量20%,裝液量120mL,培養(yǎng)天數(shù)6d。

【英文摘要】 Using extracellular polysaccharide as index in this paper, the appropriate liquid fermentation medium and culture conditions of Pleurotus ferulae were studied by shaking culture. The results showed that the optimal composition of the liquid fermentation medium were as follows: glucose 2%, peptone 0.75%, CaCl2 0.2%, which is suitable for producing extracellular polysaccharide. The optimal fermentation conditions were as follows: initial pH 7.0, inoculation amount 20%, liquid volume in flask 120 mL, culture time 6 d.
