【中文摘要】 利用多種分析檢測手段和腫瘤細胞實驗,研究了靈芝孢子油的質量檢測參數與其抗腫瘤細胞活性的關系,為靈芝孢子油質量檢測標準的建立提供實驗參考依據。取6種不同的經CO2超臨界提取的靈芝孢子油樣品,用KOH標準滴定法測酸價、KI-I2法檢測過氧化值、紫外-可見光分光光度法測總三萜。同時利用腫瘤細胞檢測6種樣品對人惡性乳腺癌細胞(MT-1)和淋巴瘤細胞(Jurka)t的抑制作用。結果表明,樣品的酸價與總三萜含量和其抗腫瘤效果呈正相關,6種樣品的過氧化值變化不大。高酸價樣品1,其總三萜含量(16.00%)較高,在1μL·mL-1濃度抑制時,能夠抑制絕大部分腫瘤細胞的生長,具有較高的抗腫瘤活性。
【英文摘要】 The relationship of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil quality testing standards and its anti-tumor cell activity to provide parameters for the establishment of testing standards were studied. Ganoderma lucidum spore oil was extracted by CO2 supercritical fluid, which had six different samples. The acid value, the peroxide value, total triterpenoids were determined. The inhibition effect of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil on human malignant breast cancer cells (MT-1) and human leukemia cells (Ju-rkat) were studied by cell culture method. The results showed that anti-tumor effect was positively correlated with acid value and the total level of triterpenoids.
