【摘要】 中國作為世界香菇生產(chǎn)和消費大國,其栽培規(guī)模與種植技術(shù)對香菇的生產(chǎn)與發(fā)展有著深刻的影響。對于免割保水膜袋新型香菇栽培技術(shù),很多菇農(nóng)持猶豫、觀望態(tài)度。根據(jù)荊門、襄陽等地的袋料香菇種植情況,將免割保水膜袋栽培與傳統(tǒng)2種栽培方式進行對比分析,得出免割保水袋栽培省工、省時,品質(zhì)安全,成品率和經(jīng)濟效益得到提高。
