柱狀田頭菇生長發育中9種胞外酶活性的測定

摘 要:柱狀田頭菇Agrocybeaegerita作為一種新開發的食用菌,越來越受到消費者的喜愛和研究者的關注,但在其栽培生產中遇到的產量相對較低的問題,一直未能得到很好的解決,致使柱狀田頭菇的栽培難以得到大規模的推廣。本研究對不同來源的柱狀田頭菇在其6個不同生長發育階段中,9種與培養料中主要組分分解相關的胞外酶活性的變化進行了測定,結果表明:柱狀田頭菇屬褐腐菌,對非木質纖維素的利用能力最強,對纖維素的利用能力較強,對木質素的利用能力較差,但柱狀田頭菇具有漆酶活性。

Abstract:As a kind of new edible mushroom breeds A. aegerita has been paid more attention with its unique flavor, abundant nutrition and medicinal value. But up to now it had not be solved that the yields of A. aegerita were lower than other cultivated mushroom. So that A. aegerita cultivation was difficult to popularize on a large scale. The activities of 9 extracellular enzymes were detected at 6 different stages of development for three different sources strains on the cultivated material. The results showed that A. aegerita belonged to brown rotten fungi. A. aegerita strains utilized the substrates of non-lignin-cellulose most strongly and degraded cellulose secondly. Lignin could not be utilized easily. But A. aegerita had laccase activity.
