中國東北林區闊葉樹上常見的10種多孔菌 培養特性的研究

摘　要：描述了中國東北林區10種闊葉樹上常見的多孔菌培養特性。培養特性的研究包括宏觀特征和微觀特征。宏觀特征包括菌落生長速度、顏色、結構、質地及其變化；生長新區特征；培養基的顏色變化、培養物的氣味、酚氧化酶的檢測結果等。微觀特征包括生長新區的菌絲體、氣生菌絲體和基內生菌絲體的類型和分隔；擔子的形成和發生；厚垣孢子、分生孢子和分生節孢子（粉孢子）的產生及特征；特殊結構如囊壯體和剛毛的有無及其特征；晶體的有無及形狀等。

CULTURAL CHARACTERS OF 10 POLYPORE SPECIES GROWING ON BROAD-LEAF TREES IN FOREST RESERVES OF NORTHEASTERN CHINA

Abstract：Cultural characteristics of 10 polypore species growing on broad-leaf trees in forest reserves of northeastern China are described. Pure cultures of each species are obtained from incubation of fruit body tissue on PDA and put on MEA media for 1～6weeks at 25℃. Cultural characteristics are observed at intervals of 7 days. Both macroscopic and microscopic characters of the cultures are described in detail.
