【摘要】 試驗發現,蜜環菌子實體在現蕾時,對其環境條件有較嚴格的要求,即溫度為14°C20°C,濕度80%90%,光照1 000 lx左右。雖分離蜜環菌種源的材料很多（菌材、菌索、母麻、白麻、蜜環菌子實體）,但以從蜜環菌子實體中用孢子分離法,分離的成功率高,得到的菌絲體和菌索生長勢強,生活力旺盛。生產和分析了制作蜜環菌栽培種和原種的5個配方,證實配方1和配方2是最優化的培養基。培養基中含水量以65%70%為宜。

【Abstract】 This study showed that the budding process of the fruiting body requires a strict environment with temperature from 14°C to 20°C,humidity 80%90%,light around 1 000 lx.Various materials can be used to isolate Armillaria mellea,such as rhizomorph,parent tuber,immature tuber and the fruiting body of Armillaria mellea.However,spore separation from the fruiting body of Armillaria mellea gave the best results with stronger mycelium,rhizomorph,higher viability.Moreover,5 formulas were presen...
