【摘要】 用氣相色譜-質譜法對雙孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)和香菇(Lentinula edodes)中67種農藥進行檢測。樣品經乙腈均質提取,鹽析除水,氨基柱凈化后用氣相色譜-質譜儀分析,在選擇離子監測模式下以特征離子的保留時間定性定量測定67種農藥。在添加農藥標準品濃度為0.05、0.10和0.25 mg/kg水平上,大多數農藥的平均回收率在70%120%之間,檢出限在0.010.5μg/kg之間。
【Abstract】 Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was used to determine the levels of 67 pesticide residues in fruit bodies of Agaricus bisporus and Lentinula edodes.Fresh mushroom fruit bodies for GC-MS analysis were first homogenized,and a solution containing standard amounts of 67 pesticides at three different concentrations(0.05,0.10 and 0.25 mg/kg) were added.After thorough mixing,the homogenates were extracted with acetonitrile and purified using a Cleanert NH2-SPE column.Pesticides were determi...
