【摘要】 通過稻草和谷殼等不同培養料栽培大球蓋菇試驗,結果顯示,利用培養料(稻草50%+谷殼50%)栽培的大球蓋菇,生物學效率極顯著高于純稻草或者純谷殼的栽培料,同時菌絲生長快、出菇早。說明在稻草中加了谷殼的培養料比純稻草疏松,這樣既有利于提供大球蓋菇生長所需的氧氣,又保持了稻草的營養供給。這樣使廢棄物(稻草和谷殼)得以資源化利用,實現經濟與生態的可持續發展,同時也為食用菌生產開辟了新的原料來源,緩解食用菌生產發展存在的"菌林"矛盾。

【Abstract】 Stropharia rugosoannulata was cultured on different rice straw and rice hull substrates.Results indicated that the biological efficiency of mixing group(50% rice straw + 50% rice hull) was significant higher than pure rice straw group and rice hull group,as well as faster growing rate of mycelium and earlier sowing.This revealed that the culture substrate of rice hull was looser than that with pure rice straw,so it not only benefited the oxygen breathe during the mushroom growing but also kept the nutrient supply from rice straw.By using this waste,resource can be used and sustainable development of economy and ecological can be realized,as well as the new material for edible fungi industry were explored.The contradiction of mushroom and forest industry development were relieved.
