【摘要】 以小鼠脾淋巴細胞為試驗材料,將有絲分裂原刀豆蛋白A(ConA)或細菌脂多糖(LPS)與化療藥物5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)聯合使用建立了體外免疫抑制模型,并比較了多糖樣品對5-Fu抑制淋巴細胞增殖的拮抗作用。結果表明,在供試樣品中,F1-1[龍須菜(Gracilaria lemaneiformis)中分離多糖]和BW[滬農靈芝1號(Ganoderma lucidum)子實體中分離]對5-Fu產生的輕度抑制有完全拮抗作用,19號[滬農靈芝1號(G.lucidum)子實體中分離]樣品刺激淋巴細胞增殖活性最好,但對5-Fu產生的抑制基本無拮抗作用,表明樣品刺激淋巴細胞增殖的活性與拮抗化療藥物抑制淋巴細胞增殖的活性無正相關性。

The model was used to compare the antagonistic effects of different polysaccharide preparations on 5-Fu-induced suppression of mouse spleen lymphocyte and mixed lymphocyte proliferation. However,no positive correlation was found between the stimulating effect of a given polysaccharide on lymphocyte proliferation and the antagonistic effect of that polysaccharide on 5-Fu-induced suppression of lymphocyte proliferation.
