【中文摘要】 對四孢蘑菇(Agaricus campestris L.:Fr.)形成的蘑菇圈形態和子實體發生進行了調查,并對蘑菇圈上的四孢蘑菇個體間遺傳差異進行了ISSR分析,建立遺傳關系聚類圖。結果表明,在生長于四川西部平坦高原草地上,四孢蘑菇形成的蘑菇圈為圓環狀,蘑菇圈上生長的植物明顯較蘑菇圈內、外生長的植物茂盛,同一蘑菇圈上生長的子實體生長期不完全一致;同一蘑菇圈上的四孢蘑菇個體之間相似系數為0.4730.755,不同蘑菇圈上的個體遺傳相似系數為0.3330.604;在相似系數0.524水平上,不同蘑菇圈上的四孢蘑菇個體分別聚為不同類群。
【英文摘要】 The geometrical configurations of annular fairy rings formed by the growth of Agaricus campestris fruit bodies were investigated,and the genetic relationships between nine fruit bodies from within a single ring and one fruit body from each of other three rings were analyzed using ISSR markers.Grass growing at the ring circumference was more abundant compared with that growing within and outside the circumference,while fruit bodies at different stages of development were observed in the same fairy ring.Genetic similarities based on ISSR markers revealed similarity coefficients ranging between 0.473~0.755 and 0.333~0.604 for fruit bodies from the same fairy ring and from different fairy rings,respectively.A dendrogram constructed using the ISSR amplification data separated mycelia isolated from 12 fruit bodies growing in four different fairy rings into four groups at a similarity coefficient of 0.524.
