【中文摘要】 提出蜜環菌單孢親本菌株及雜交菌株的篩選標準,從114個高盧蜜環菌菌株中選出15個歐洲、北美及中國的單孢親本菌株,通過雜交,篩選出6個具有雜交優勢的組合(A3E3、A3C1、A3C3、A3C4、A3C3和A1C3)。

【英文摘要】 A total of 114 Armillaria gallica strains were collected from locations in China,Europe and North America.From these,15 monokaryotic strains were selected for mating experiments based on mycelial growth vigor and colony morphology.Six mating combinations(A3E3,A3C1,A3C3,A3C4,A3C3 and A1C3)generated high quality hybrids exhibiting vigorous mycelial growth and producing strong,highly-branched monoaxial rhizomorphs.
