【中文摘要】 2007年10月至2008年11月,采用直接采集菌袋或采集菇床1cm～5cm表層培養(yǎng)料的方法,對福建省的15個食用菌生產(chǎn)基地及西藏自治區(qū)拉薩市娘熱鄉(xiāng)平菇生產(chǎn)基地進行螨類調(diào)查,共采集了茶樹菇、香菇、靈芝等17種常見食用菌菌樣137份。應(yīng)用塔氏裝置分離法分離,制作玻片標本1000余片。鑒定出螨類共3個亞目、20個科、33個屬、36個種。害螨主要有粉螨科、薄口螨科、矮蒲螨科及跗線螨科,捕食螨主要有厲螨科、囊螨科、巨螯螨科、寄螨科。

【英文摘要】 From October 2007 to November 2008, 137 samples were collected randomly from 15 sites in Fujian and Niangre district of Xizang by methods of picking the bags or collecting mushroom compost, including as Agrocybe aegerita (Brig.) Sing, Lentinula edodes (Berk.) Pegler, Ganoderma capense (Lloyd) Teng, mount of seventeen edible fungi. Mites were extracted using Tullgren-Berlese funnels and mounted in Hoyer’s medium. More than 1 000 slide samples were made. All of them belonged to 36 species, 33 genuses, 20 familes and 3 suborders after indentification. Most pest mite attributied to families of Acaridae, Histiostomatidae, Pygmephoridae and Tarsonemidae, and predatory mite attributied to families of Laelapidae, Ascidae, Macrochelidae and Parasitidae.
