【中文摘要】 通過野外調查及室內試驗觀察,對硫磺菌生態習性、形態、結構特征、培養性狀等生物學特性進行了研究。結果表明,硫磺菌子實體菌肉肥厚,香味濃,單生或叢生,其子實體為二系菌絲型,骨架菌絲厚壁,無隔,生殖菌絲無色透明,具橫隔,具明顯鎖狀聯合。子實層由擔子與擔孢子構成,無囊狀體。擔子棒狀,每擔子可產生4個擔孢子。在PSA培養基上,菌絲生長旺盛,無色,具隔及鎖狀聯合,在一定條件下可產生菌絲團,菌絲團分化能形成可育的子實體。

【英文摘要】 The biological characteristc, ecology and morphology of Laetiporus sulphureus were studyed. The results showed that the fungus had fleshy sporocarps, which were dimitic and with strong fragrance. The generative hyphas were achromaticity, transparence, embranchment, and with clamp connection, septas. The skeletal hyphas were achromaticity, thick-wall, no embranchment and no septas. The hymenium of sporocarp was constituted with basidia and basidiospores and no cystidia. Each of the basidia had 4 basidiospores. In PSA medium, the vegetative hyphas grew rapidly and it could form normal sporocarps at a certain condition.
