【中文摘要】 食用菌 (edibleFungi)是一種大型真菌 ,營養豐富 ,具有極高的食用價值和藥用價值 ,能預防和治療包括一些腫瘤在內的多種疾病。本文主要就RAPD技術原理、在我國食用菌中的應用、及其研究進展做一綜述展望。

【英文摘要】 Edible fungi is a kind of macrofungus.It has rich nutrition,high edible and medicinal value.It can also prevent and cure some diseases such as tumors.Here,the principle of RAPD technique is introduced.The application and development of RAPD technique in edible fungi in China are reviewed too.
