【中文摘要】 通過雞腿蘑液體菌種接固體栽培料的實驗 ,證明選擇種齡為 3天 ,接種量為 10 % ,并以攪拌方式接種時 ,可在一周發滿菌絲 ,與傳統的制種方式相比 ,大大縮短了發菌周期 ,并為將來實現雞腿蘑的工業化生產提供了基礎數據。

【英文摘要】 A strain of Coprinus comatus was submerged fermented for three days,the culture was mixed with the solid substrate,and maintained at 25℃ in the incubator.The organisms utilized the nutrients completely in 7 days and the mycelia were full-developed.Compared to the traditional way in which the solid strain was inoculated on the solid substrate,the time was saved a lot and it is convenient for mass production.
