【中文摘要】 用金針菇子實體不同部位的組織分離株及其出發菌株進行栽培性狀比較試驗 ,結果表明 :組織分離株與出發菌株之間在栽培性狀上有顯著的遺傳穩定性 ,子實體各部位的組織分離株在栽培性狀上有顯著的遺傳一致性。

【英文摘要】 The comparative tests on strains from tissu isolate of Flammulina velutipes and their parental strains show their genetic stability in cultural characteristics are significan.The comparative tests on strain from different position of fruitbody show their genetic identity in cultural characteristic are significant too.
