【摘要】 比較赤芝和松杉靈芝液體培養菌絲體生物量和多糖含量。在相同的培養條件下,對赤芝和松杉靈芝進行液體培養,采用熱水浸提法提取干燥菌絲體多糖,通過蒽酮-硫酸法測定赤芝和松杉靈芝多糖含量。測得赤芝多糖含量為7.22%,松杉靈芝多糖含量為3.78%,液體培養赤芝生長速度比松杉靈芝快,多糖含量也比松杉靈芝高,因此,赤芝更適合用于液體培養生產靈芝多糖。

【Abstract】 Mycelia biomass and polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma tsugae by liquid culture were compared.In the same cultivation condition,Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma tsugae were studied.Polysaccharides were extracted by hot water extraction.Ploysaccharides were determined by anthrone-sulfuric acid method.Results: The results showed that the content of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide was 7.22%,the content of Ganoderma tsugae polysaccharide was 3.78%.In liquid culture,the content of G...
