【摘要】 隨著生產規模的不斷擴大,北蟲草的培育也暴露了一個問題,正常菌種經多次轉管繼代和冰箱久存之后,會出現不產子實體現象,這些問題嚴重干擾了蟲草的生產。為此,進行了有關北蟲草不同部位組織分離和繼代培養的試驗,并篩選出性狀優良的菌株。結果表明,子實體靠近頂端分離的菌種易于萌發,孢子分離得到的菌株性狀更好,北蟲草子實體本身就具有抑菌作用,因此,在選取表面消毒方式時,一定要適宜,不可時間過長,以免對子實體造成傷害,不產生菌絲。

【Abstract】 With the procreative scale dilating constantly,the culture of Cordyceps sinensis had some questions.when the normal bacterium was transferred many times or be kept in the fridge for a long time,it maybe didn’t produce the fructification.So an experiment on the Cordyceps military tissue isolation and continuous culture were done,and a strong spices were got.The results showed that the part near top was more likely to sprout.North Cordyceps was some kind of bacteriostat.The one which isolated from...
