【摘要】 以常規棉籽殼培養料(90.9%棉籽殼、5%麩皮、2%石灰、1%過磷酸鈣、1%石膏、0.1%KH2PO4)為對照,用金針菇(Flammulina velutipes)工廠化生產的廢料(簡稱菌渣)代替部分棉籽殼進行洛巴伊大口蘑(Macrocybe lobayensis=Tricholoma lobayense,金福菇)栽培試驗。結果表明,供試培養料中菌絲長勢良好,隨著菌渣代替比例的增加,現蕾時間縮短;供試菌渣培養料的產量和效益均高于對照,其中替代比例為60%(3∶2)培養料的生物學效率和利潤最高,分別為111.79%和5.89元/袋。
【Abstract】 Macrocybe lobayensis(Tricholoma lobayense) was cultivated on a series of substrates in which the cotton seed hull component,normally constituting 90.9% of the basic formula together with 5% wheat bran,2% lime,1% Ca(H2PO4)2·H2O,1% gypsum and 0.1% KH2PO4,was replaced to different extents with spent compost remaining after the industrial-scale cultivation of Flammulina velutipes.Strong mycelial growth was observed in all cases although the mycelial growth rate was not significantly higher compared ...
