【摘要】 通過對新疆野生羊肚菌資源的分布環境、營養成分及利用現狀進行詳細分析,指出了新疆野生羊肚菌研究現狀和存在的問題,提出了解決問題的途徑和辦法,以便新疆野生羊肚菌資源可持續開發利用。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the environment,the nutrition content and present status of Xinjiang wild Morchella were detailed analyzed.The problems among the exploiation utilization of wild Morchella were pointed out and a series of reasonable suggestions were put forward,which will make contribution to sustainable development for Xinjiang wild Morchella.
