【中文摘要】 以羽葉決明(Chamaecrasta nictitans)牧草替代麩皮栽培雞腿菇(Coprinus comatus),對其子實體產量和脂肪酸組成進行測定。研究結果表明,子實體產量以羽葉決明替代20%麩皮處理的最高,為每袋235.2g;所有處理雞腿菇子實體中均含有豆蔻酸、棕櫚酸、十六烯酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亞油酸、亞麻酸和二十二烷酸等8種脂肪酸,其中羽葉決明替代20%麩皮處理的雞腿菇子實體中各種脂肪酸相對含量均接近或優于對照,綜合表現較好。
【英文摘要】 Coprinus comatus was cultivated on a series of growth substrates in which the wheat bran component (constituting 30% of the basal formula) was replaced to different extents with Chamaecrasta nictitans. Highest fruit body yields (235.2 g per bag) were obtained following cultivation on a substrate in which 20% of the wheat bran component had been substituted with C. nictitans. The myristic,palmitic,hexadecenoic,octadecanoic,oleic,linoleic,linolenic and docosanoic acid profiles in these fruit bodies were superior compared to the corresponding fatty acid profiles of fruit bodies cultivated on other test substrates.
