【中文摘要】 利用RAPD標記對廣東省8個草菇主要栽培菌株的親緣關系和遺傳多樣性進行研究,獲得了草菇不同菌株的DNA指紋圖譜。分子聚類結果表明,8個供試菌株可分成兩組:菌株V17、V844和粵草01為一組;粵草02、粵草03、粵草04、V5 1和V23為另一組,且同一組內的DNA多態性也有差異。RAPD擴增指紋能有效分辨不同菌株的基因型,可為草菇商業菌株的鑒別提供快速有效的技術手段,為規范食用菌菌種生產管理提供科學依據。
【英文摘要】 The genetic polymorphic relationship and consanguineous relationship of 8 Volvariella volvacea strains cultivated in Guangdong province of China were studied with the random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) marker in this paper. The DNA fingerprints of different strains showed that there was high genetic diversity among the strains tested. The dendrogram derived from RAPD data by UPGMA suggested that two distinct genetic groups were recognized: one group included V17, V844 and YV01; the other group included YV02, YV03, YV04, V5-1 and V23. And differences of the DNA polymorphism were also found within the same group. While genotypes of different strains could be distinguished by DNA fingerprints produced by RAPD, which could become a fast and effective technique for identifying different strains of Volvariella volvacea and provide the scientific foundation to standardize the production management of edible fungus strains.
