【中文摘要】 通過測定小鼠的肌糖原和肝糖原、采用抗腫瘤藥物體外篩選試驗、小鼠腹腔巨噬細胞吞噬試驗,分別研究了靈芝水溶性小分子化合物(WSLMFGL,M<10000Da)的抗疲勞、抗腫瘤和免疫調節活性。結果顯示,當靈芝水溶性小分子化合物的灌胃劑量超過400mg/kg·d(12d)時,可顯著提高小鼠的肌糖原和肝糖原貯備量,并呈劑量 效應關系;靈芝水溶性小分子化合物對小鼠Sarco ma 180型腫瘤細胞的抑制率達80%;靈芝水溶性小分子化合物的灌胃劑量與小鼠巨噬細胞吞噬能力的增強及免疫器官的增重存在劑量 效應關系。靈芝水溶性小分子化合物具有抗疲勞、抗腫瘤和免疫調節活性。
【英文摘要】 By means of determining the mouse hepatin in muscle and liver, the in-vitro test of anti-tumor medicine and the phagocytosis test of mouse macrophage, the anti-fatigue, anti-tumor and immunomodulating effects of water-soluble lower molecular fraction of Ganoderma lucidum (WSLMFGL) were studied respectively. The experimental results showed that WSLMFGL(Do.≥400mg/kg·d×12d) could significantly increase the reservoir of mouse hepatin in muscle and liver in a dose-dependant manner, that WSLMFGL's inhibition ratio to mouse Sarcoma-180 tumor cells was as high as 80%, and that WSLMFGL could increase the phagocytosis ability of the mice and the weight of mouse immune organs in a dose-dependant manner. So WSLMFGL was considered to have the bioactivities of anti-fatigue, anti-tumor and immunomodulation.
