【中文摘要】 以菌絲體生物量為主要指標,研究了發酵培養基中不同碳源、氮源、C/N比、無機元素等營養因子和接種量、裝液量、初始pH、轉速等非營養因素對赤芝G2菌絲生長的影響。研究結果表明,赤芝G2規模發酵最適培養基配方為:豆餅粉2%,玉米粉3%,KH2PO40.1%和Mg SO40.05%。發酵76h,菌絲體生物量最高(1.15g/100mL);發酵62h,胞內多糖含量最高(22.15%);發酵60h,胞外多糖含量最高(3.16%)。赤芝G2菌絲深層發酵的優化條件為:起始pH自然,種子液搖瓶裝量40%,規模培養裝液量20%,接種量10%,發酵培養時間76h。
【英文摘要】 Taking the mycelial biomass as major evaluation index, the effects of nutritional factors of various carbon and nitrogen sources, the C/N ratio, the inorganic elements and the optimal submerged culture conditions, such as the inoculation rate, the medium capacity, the initial pH and the rotation rate on the mycelial growth of Ganoderma lucidum G2 were investigated. The experimental results showed that the optimum formula of the submerged-culture medium in mass production was soybean cake powder 2%, maize meal 3%, KH_2PO_40.1% and MgSO_40.05%, and that the optimized mode for submerged-culture was as follow: the inoculation rate 10%, the medium capacity for spawn medium 40% and the medium capacity in mass production 20%, the initial pH natural, the rotation rate 150r/min and the submerged-culture time 76h.
