【中文摘要】 在供試的白靈側耳培養料配方中,配方1以棉籽殼為主料(棉籽殼80%,麥麩18%,蔗糖1%,石膏1%,含水量60%),白靈側耳菌絲生長速度最快,生長勢最強,子實體產量最高,生物學效率達到94.39%,與其余5個供試培養料配方比較,差異均達到極顯著水平。
【英文摘要】 Six formulae of Pleurotus nebrodensis composts were tested in the experiment. The results showed that the optimum one was formula 1: cotton seed hull 80%, wheat bran 18%, sucrose 1% and gypsum 1% with water content of 60%. Using the compost of formula 1, the mycelial growth rate was the highest, the mycelial growth vigor was the strongest, the yield of the friutbody was also the highest and its biological efficiency was as high as 94.39%, and the differences were the most significant comparing with the other 5 formulae tested.
