【中文摘要】 研究了不同米糠添加量對真姬菇產量和品質的影響。結果表明,米糠添加量在0~40%范圍之內,隨著米糠添加量的增加,真姬菇的發菌期逐漸延長,產量明顯增加;當米糠添加量達40%時,真姬菇產量最高,每16瓶達2.391kg;當米糠添加量達50%時,真姬菇平均產量與最高產量在0.05水平上無顯著差異,但發菌期過長且子實體生育后期易開傘。
【英文摘要】 The effect of rice bran content on the yield and quality of Hypsizygus marmoreus was studied in this paper. The experiment results showed that the average yield and fruitbody quality increased significantly with the increment of rice bran content from 0~40%, but the spawn-run time was prolonged steadily.And the yield was the highest (2.391kg/16 bottles) when the rice bran content was up to 40%. When the rice bran content increased to 50%, there was no significant difference between the average yield and the highest yield at the level of 0.05, while the spawn-run time was longer and the pileus was easily spreading in the late development stage.
