【中文摘要】 通過對峙培養、發酵液的抑菌試驗,發現枯草芽孢桿菌BS-2對好食脈孢菌Neurospora sitophila有較強的抑制作用,BS-2能顯著地抑制脈孢菌菌絲生長及其孢子萌發,但對食用菌抑制作用相對較弱。BS-2主要的抑菌物質可能是其分泌的多種抗菌蛋白質,BS-2的抑菌能力可通過脈孢菌代謝產物的誘導而加強。
【英文摘要】 The results of confrontation culture and antibacterial experiment indicated that Bacillus subtilis BS-2 had strong inhibition to the fungi Neurospora sitophila,and BS-2 could significantly inhibit Neurospora mycelial growth and conidial germination,but could affect mushroom weakly.These antibacterial substances might be the manifold proteins which were extracted by BS-2 and the antibacterial activity of BS-2 could be enhanced by the metabolites of Neurospora sitophila.
