【中文摘要】 采用小鼠肉瘤(S180)移植性腫瘤模型,觀察靈雷菌質乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位、石油醚部位和水部位提取物的腫瘤抑制作用,并測定小鼠的胸腺指數及脾臟指數。結果表明所有的提取物都呈現出明顯的抑瘤效果,抑瘤率均大于35%,其中部分正丁醇部位的抑瘤率達到了68.88%。抑瘤效果由弱至強的順序為石油醚部位<水部位<乙酸乙酯部位<正丁醇部位,而胸腺指數與脾臟指數則顯示只有乙酸乙酯部位組有較明顯的免疫抑制效果。雙向性固體發酵可降低雷公藤的毒性,尤其正丁醇部位和水部位的毒性可能較弱。

【英文摘要】 The transplanting tumor model of mice sarcoma S180 was used to observe the anti-tumor effect of fermentation substance on Tripterygium, such as ethyl acetate part, n-butyl alcohol part, petroleun ether part and water part, and the thymus index and spleen index of mice had been measured. The results showed that all extracts had a significant inhibitory effect on tumor. The tumor inhibitory rates were all above 35% and the n-butyl alcohol part reached 68.88%. The inhibitory effect on tu- mor from low to high is petroleun ether part<water part<ethyl acetate part<n-butyl alcohol part. The thymus index and spleen index indicated that only ethyl acetate part had relatively obvious immunosuppressive effect. The bi-directional solid fermentation can reduce the toxicity of Tripterygium, especially, the n-butyl alcohol part and water part have less toxicity than others.
