【中文摘要】 根據(jù)山西古縣近幾年香菇反季節(jié)栽培的研究和生產(chǎn)實踐 ,總結(jié)出了晉南地區(qū)香菇反季節(jié)高效栽培技術(shù) :選好栽培時期、選擇適宜品種及做好轉(zhuǎn)色期和越夏的精細(xì)管理。

【英文摘要】 Recent years,the production of Lentinus edodes is developing very fast in North China,But most of cultivation is in autumn.The development of cultivation in abnormal season is slow because of cultivation season and management.According to recent study and productive practice of Lentinula edodes in Gu county,Shanxi Province,the key tehniques for effective cultivation of lentinus edodes in abnormal season in South Shanxi Province are put forward.including choosing suitable cultivation season and strains and making a good management in colour-change stage during summer.
