【中文摘要】 采自云南巍山的柱狀田頭菇近緣種楊柳田頭菇經組織分離并進行了生物學特性觀測 ,瓶栽、袋栽及覆土栽培均取得較好的效果 ,該菌栽培方法簡單 ,適應范圍廣、出菇快 ,生物學效率達 80 %以上 ,可在較大范圍推廣。

【英文摘要】 Agrocybe salicacola which is the relative species of Agrocybe aegerita were plucked from Weishan County,Yunna.Strain gained from the fruiting body of Agrocybe salicacola were observed.It achieved better result by bottle,bag and covering cultured.The cultivation method of Agrocybe salicacola is simple,The cultivable area is wide,Fruiting is quick.The biological efficiency achieves over 80 percent.It would be cultured in more regions.
