【中文摘要】 本試驗(yàn)研究 11種覆土深度對雞腿菇子實(shí)體產(chǎn)量影響。結(jié)果表明 ,不同覆土深度對子實(shí)體產(chǎn)量、有效子實(shí)體數(shù)和幼蕾數(shù)均存在顯著的影響。覆土越厚 ,幼蕾數(shù)越少。當(dāng)覆土深度在 0 5～ 3cm時 ,子實(shí)體產(chǎn)量和有效子實(shí)體數(shù)隨著覆土層的加厚逐漸增加 ,在覆土深度為 3cm時達(dá)到最大值 ,覆土深度大于 3cm時 ,則隨著覆土層的加厚而逐漸減少。從生產(chǎn)的角度看 ,覆土 3cm是比較適宜的覆土深度 ,此時的子實(shí)體產(chǎn)量最高。

【英文摘要】 The effect of different depths of soil earthed up on the yield of Coprinus Comatus was studied.The result indicated that the depths of soil cultivated affected the Coprinus comatus yield,the number of the fruit body and the young buds significantly.As the depth of soil increased,the number of the young bud decreased significantly.When the soil depth was 3 cm,Coprinus comatus had the maximum yield and the largest number of fruit body.
