【中文摘要】 碳源、氮源是食用真菌菌絲生長發育過程中不可缺少的營養物質。在試管種培養中 ,最常用的碳源是葡萄糖 ,氮源是蛋白胨。為此 ,進行了阿魏蘑、杏鮑菇菌絲生長葡萄糖和蛋白胨最適濃度篩選試驗。試驗結果表明 ,阿魏蘑菌絲生長最適葡萄糖和蛋白胨濃度分別是 2 0 %和 0 5 %;杏鮑菇菌絲生長最適葡萄糖和蛋白胨濃度分別是 3 0 %和 0 6 %。

【英文摘要】 The optimal concentration of glucose and peptone in the mycelium growth of P.ferulae and P.eryngii was studied.The results showed that the optimal concentration of glucose and peptone on the mycelium growth of P.ferulae were 2 0% and 0 5% resp.,and that the optimal concentration of glucose and peptone on the mycelium growth of P.eryngii were 3 0% and 0 6% resp..
