【中文摘要】 本文研究了不同C/N及不同Cu2 + 濃度對(duì)柱狀田頭菇液體發(fā)酵產(chǎn)物生物最及多糖含量的影響。結(jié)果表明 :當(dāng)C/N為 6 0時(shí) ,菌絲體多糖含量可達(dá)最高值 ,為9 113%。當(dāng)Cu2 + 濃度為 0 0 1%時(shí) ,多糖含量可達(dá)最高 ,并能獲得較高的菌絲生物量。本文還比較了柱狀田頭菇、平菇、金針菇三種食用菌液體發(fā)酵產(chǎn)物在生物量及多糖含量方面的差異。

【英文摘要】 The effects of the ratio of Carbon/Nitrogen and the concentration of Cu 2+ on biomass and polysaccharides content of hyphae was studied.When the ration of Carbon/Nitrogen was 60,the polysacchrides content was as highest as 9 113%.When the concentration of Cu 2+ was 0 01%,the biomass of hyphae was more higher,and at the same time,the content of polysaccharides was max.The experiment also studied the different of biomass and polysaccharides content of hyphae of Agrocybe aegerita,Flammulina and Pleurotus ostrearus.
