【中文摘要】 本研究進行了白雞腿蘑的生長溫度試驗 ,培養(yǎng)基酸堿度試驗 ,培養(yǎng)料成分試驗 ,栽培方法比較試驗和栽培中試。根據(jù)各項數(shù)據(jù)和當?shù)刭Y源情況 ,確定了采用以青稞秸桿和牛糞為原料 ,調(diào)節(jié)pH值為 6 5～ 7 5的培養(yǎng)基 ,每年 5～ 11月間在西藏的拉薩地區(qū)用熟料分兩個階段栽培白雞腿蘑的方法 ,并篩選了高產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)的菌株。該野生品種人工栽培成功 ,可用于推廣生產(chǎn)。

【英文摘要】 Researched on the relationships between growth of Coprinus ovatus,a wild edible fungus from Lasa,Tibat,and it's growing temperature,acid value of culture medium,training substractes,cultivation technology process.Deal with local conditions.a middle dimension cultivation test displayed that it's a good way using high land barley straw and cow dung as main materials,and kept pH 6 5～7 5.Best of all,at Lasa,Coprinus ovatus could be cultured in 2 stages from May to November.Spawn running was in sterilized plant bars piled up indoor,while fruiting stage in a shady shed outside.Coprinus ovatus was successfully cultivated for extensive production.
