【中文摘要】 雙孢蘑菇的常規雜交育種由于次級同宗結合而變得困難。本文研究了蘑菇原生質體制備與再生的最佳條件。從異核菌絲出發,制備與再生原生質體。根據自然性狀,推定同核化再生株,栽培驗證同核株,并根據配對行為確證同核株并分離異核化雜交種。本文認為原生質體雜交系統比常規雜交育種優越。
【英文摘要】 The routine hybridization of Agaricus bisporus is difficult for its secondarily homo- thallism.The Optimum preparat on and regeneration of protoplasts of this fungus were studied.Protoplasts were prepared and then regenerated from heterocayotic mycelium, homocaaryodized regenerates were presumed based upon the colonies,and then verified by cultivation fructuation,the authentic homocaryons was confirmed based oa the behavier of pairings,nearly 30 hybrids was eventually obtained.It's suggested that the protoplasty hybridization system is superior to the routine one.
