【摘要】 姬松茸(Agaricus blazei)具有較高的營養價值和藥用價值,已引起醫學和藥學界的廣泛關注,其食藥用價值正不斷地被研究認識和開發利用。對姬松茸食藥用價值的研究現狀進行綜述,以期為姬松茸作為一種新的功能食品和藥材資源進一步開發利用提供參考。【Abstract】 The nutritional and medicinal value of Agaricus blazei has attracted wide academic interest.Here,we have reviewed research advances relating to the nutritional components and medicinal value of A.blazei in order to provide a source of reference for the further development of A.blazei as a new functional food and medicinal resource.
