幾種藥用真菌粗提物免疫調節和腫瘤抑制作用的篩選

Immuno-Stimulation and Proliferation-Inhibition for Tumour Cells by Several Crude Extracts from Medicinal Fungi

摘　要：運用高通量篩選技術檢測了幾種藥用真菌粗提物對人體腫瘤細胞增殖的抑制作用和對小鼠巨噬細胞的激活作用,并與粗提物透析袋外的小分子成分的活性進行比較.結果顯示,靈芝、猴頭、云芝和灰樹花粗提物對人腸腺癌細胞株SW620有很明顯的抑制作用,并有顯著激活小鼠巨噬細胞的作用.粗提物經過透析后,透析袋外的小分子成分對SW620的抑制作用與粗提物相似,但對小鼠巨噬細胞沒有明顯的激活作用.本研究所采用的高通量篩選技術為進一步篩選藥用真菌的有效成分奠定了基礎.
