【摘要】 對產自長白山自然保護區的珍稀野生食用菌珊瑚狀猴頭馴化栽培成功,介紹了珊瑚狀猴頭的分類地位、生態習性、地理分布和人工栽培技術。珊瑚狀猴頭菌絲最適生長溫度為25℃,發菌期間需勤通風;人工栽培子實體的形態受環境條件影響明顯,子實體發生溫度范圍15℃22℃,濕度保持在80%以上,溫度、濕度適宜且通風良好的環境下,子實體形態與野生狀態相同。

【Abstract】 s: Hericium coralloides (Scop.) Pers. was collected from Changbaishan Nature Reserve and cultivated successfully, and the taxonomic position, distribution and cultivation techniques was introduced. The optimum temperature for mycelia growth was 25℃, and ventilation was needed frequently during spawn running. The shape of cultivated fruitingbodies was strikingly influenced by environmental conditions, and temperature ranged from 15℃22℃, relative humidity (RH) >80%. Frequent ventilation was needed for the development of fruitingbody. The shape of fruitingbodies cultivated could be the same as the wild ones under properate environmental conditions.
