【中文摘要】 在棉籽殼發酵過程中 ,培養料中胞外羧甲基纖維素酶、半纖維素酶、淀粉酶、漆酶和果膠酶在 4 0℃~ 5 0℃時活性較高 ,6 0℃時活性較低 ,70℃后活性喪失。發酵溫度為 5 0℃時 ,培養料中纖維素和半纖維素的降解量最大 ,4 0℃時次之 ,6 0℃時較小 ,70℃后為零。麥麩和尿素均能夠提高上述五種胞外酶的活性及纖維素和半纖維素的降解量 ;淀粉能增加培養料干重損失量 ,但不能提高纖維素和半纖維素的降解量 ;礦質元素對纖維素和半纖維素的降解量沒有影響。木質素在發酵過程中幾乎不被降解
【英文摘要】 During the fermentation process of cotton seed hull compost, the activities of extracellular carboxymethel cellulase (CMCase), hemicellulase (HCase), amylase, laccase and pectase were higher at 40℃~50℃, lower at 60℃ and lost above 70℃. The amount of cellulose and hemicellulose decomposed in cotton seed hull compost was the highest at 50℃, higher at 40℃ and lower at 60℃, and there was no degradation of cellulose and hemicellulose above 70℃. The activities of five above-mentioned extracellular enzymes and the amount of cellulose and hemicellulose decomposed increased when wheat bran or urea was added into cotton seed hull compost. When starch was added, the weight loss of dry matter in cotton seed hull compost increased, but the amount of cellulose and hemicellulose decomposed couldn't increase. However, no effect on the amount of cellulose and hemicellulose decomposed was observed when mineral elements were added.
