【中文摘要】 對香菇 (Lentinulaedodes)航天搭載菌株 (Cr 0 4 DZ、H7 DZ)與對照菌株 (Cr 0 4、H7)的同工酶酶譜和子實體農藝性狀進行了比較研究。酯酶同工酶分析表明 ,H7 DZ的酶帶數少于對照H7,而Cr 0 4 DZ的酶帶數多于對照Cr 0 4 ;過氧化物酶同工酶分析表明 ,H7 DZ的酶帶數少于對照H7,而Cr 0 4 DZ的酶帶數與對照Cr 0 4相同。栽培試驗表明 ,太空環境對香菇子實體產量、菌蓋直徑、菌蓋厚度、菌柄直徑、菌柄長度等農藝性狀有顯著的影響
【英文摘要】 The isoenzyme zymograms and fruitbody agronomic characteristics of spaceship-boarding strains(H 7 DZ, Cr 04 DZ) and their check strains(H 7, Cr 04) of L. edodes were studied. The result of esterase isoenzyme analysis showed that strain H 7 DZ had less bands than strain H 7,whereas strain Cr 04 DZ had more bands than strain Cr 04. The result of peroxidase isoenzyme analysis showed that strain H 7 DZ had less bands than strain H 7, while strain Cr 04 DZ and strain Cr 04 had the same number ofbands. On the other hand, it was proved by the cultivation experiment that outerspace environment had significant effect on the fruitbody yield, pileus diameter, pileus thickness, stipe diameter and stipe length of Lentinula edodes.
