【中文摘要】 藥理學(xué)研究表明 ,金耳糖肽膠囊能抗動(dòng)物肝損傷、保護(hù)肝細(xì)胞、降低轉(zhuǎn)氨酶 ,其作用明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組 (P <0 .0 5) ,還能調(diào)節(jié)動(dòng)物細(xì)胞生物活性 ,提高機(jī)體的代謝水平 ,增強(qiáng)免疫力 ,與對(duì)照組相比差異顯著 (P <0 .0 1)。此外 ,金耳糖肽可提高動(dòng)物的應(yīng)激能力 ,說明該膠囊主要是通過保護(hù)肝細(xì)胞 ,調(diào)節(jié)或穩(wěn)定細(xì)胞功能活動(dòng) ,提高免疫力和機(jī)體的應(yīng)激能力來防治肝炎等慢性疾病的

【英文摘要】 Pharmacological studies showed that Tremella aurantialba polysaccharide-peptide capsule had superior effects (P<0.05) on resisting animal liver damage,protecting liver cells, reducing the level of transaminase to the controls, and that it also had significant effects (P<0.01) on regulating bioactivity of animal cells, enhancing the body metabolism level and improving the immunity function, which were remarkably different than the controls. Besides, the capsule could increase animal irritable ability. These results indicate that the prevention and cure of chronic diseases such as hepatitis by the capsule are through protecting liver cells, regulating or stabilizing the functional activity of cells, improving the immunity and increasing the irritable ability of the body.
