【中文摘要】 以PDA為基礎 ,分別加入松口蘑土、松枝、松針、糙皮側耳菌絲和麥麩浸汁 ,制備成瓊脂培養(yǎng)基 ,對照PDA和浜田氏培養(yǎng)基培養(yǎng)松口蘑純菌絲。結果表明 ,糙皮側耳菌絲麥麩汁培養(yǎng)基的效果明顯優(yōu)于包括浜田氏培養(yǎng)基在內的其它配方 ,松口蘑土培養(yǎng)基也有良好表現(xiàn)。松口蘑菌絲在不同培養(yǎng)基上形成的菌落特征也不盡相同。進一步的試驗結果表明 ,在采用幾種不同真菌菌絲為原料制成的菌絲麥麩汁培養(yǎng)基上 ,松口蘑菌絲生長速度的差異并不明顯

【英文摘要】 Extracts of Tricholoma matsutake growth zone soil, pine twigs, pine needles, Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium and wheat bran were put into the PDA resp. to make different kinds of agar media, then pure strain of T. matsutake was inoculated on them resp. to compare with the growth status of pure T. matsutake mycelium on PDA or Hamata medium. The result showed that the P. ostreatus mycelium extract-wheat bran extract medium was superior to Hamata medium and other media significantly, and that the effect of T. matsutake growth zone soil extract medium was good too. While the colonial morphologies of T. matsutake growing on different kinds of media were not identical completely. And the result of further experiments showed that the growth rate of T. matsutake mycelia on the media mixed with different fungal mycelial extract resp. had no obvious difference.
