【中文摘要】 在PDA平板培養(yǎng)基上對7種常見食用菌消毒劑的抑制霉菌效果進(jìn)行比較研究。結(jié)果表明,在同等條件下甲醛對霉菌抑制效果最好,多菌靈效果次之,之后是克霉靈。百菌清、甲基托布津、甲霜靈、代森錳鋅均不太適宜在平菇生產(chǎn)中當(dāng)作防霉劑使用。

【英文摘要】 The effects of inhibitory of seven common disinfectants for edible mushrooms were studied on PDA plating medium.The results showed that formaldehyde inhibited effects best,the next was bavistin,then the third was fungicidin soluble power.But the disinfectants of chlorothalonil,topsin-m,metalaxy and mancozeb were all not optimum for the production of Oyster Mushroom as mould proof disinfectants.
