【中文摘要】 致命鵝膏 (Amanitaexitialis)是一種產于中國南方的劇毒蘑菇 .本研究首次用組織分離的方法獲得了該菌的菌種。來自子實體上不同部位的組織都能用于分離 ,但用幼子實體上的菌褶分離效果最佳。試用六種培養基培養其菌絲體 ,其中以改良PDM為最佳。最佳培養溫度為 2 6℃ ,最適pH值為 5 0 ,在 1 0 0 0mL的培養基中添加 2 0g葡萄糖對菌絲生長最為有利。菌絲產量在培養到70d時達到最大

【英文摘要】 Amanita exitialis Z.L.Yang & T.H.Li is a strongly poisonous mushroom occurring in south China,Its Pure culture was obtained for the first time via tissue isolation.tissues from different parts of the fruibody were available for isolation,but the gill of young fruitbody was the best.Six media were used to culture the mycelia.Among them,the improved PDM was the best.The optimal temperature for the mycelium growth was 26℃,and the optimal pH is about 5.0. The optimal consistency of glucose was 20g in 1 000 mL PDM.The output of the mycelia approached the highest after cultured for 70 days.
