【中文摘要】 為了解決秀珍菇〔Pleurotuscornucopiae(Paul.:Pers.)Rolland〕反季節(jié)栽培過程中出菇難,污染率高的問題,我們對采用谷稈兩用稻草粉替代麥麩和木屑作培養(yǎng)料,利用冷庫對成熟菌袋進行溫差刺激等栽培技術(shù)進行研究。結(jié)果表明:用"201"優(yōu)質(zhì)稻草粉代替栽培料中50%麥麩和50%木屑栽培秀珍菇,可以使栽培袋制作的成品率提高到98%以上,生物學(xué)效率增加5 84%～9 38%;每生產(chǎn)1000袋可降低栽培料成本22 80～32 31元,經(jīng)濟效益可提高353 39～619 94元;同時節(jié)省了麥麩和木屑,解決"菌牧、菌木"矛盾,有利于發(fā)展畜牧業(yè),保持生態(tài)平衡。

【英文摘要】 A study was carried out to solve the problems on fruit body formation and contamination of cultural bags for production of Pleurotus cornucopiae(Paul.:Pers.)Rolland out of cultivation season.Techniques studied were:straw from dual-purpose rice was used as a substitute for wheat bran and wood bits;and a shock with low temperature was given to a cultural bag that was ready for making fruit body.With the substitution,50% in each of wheat bran and wood bits,more than 98% of inoculated cultural-bags were free from contamination and efficiency of bio-production had increased about 584% to 938%.The cost of production was reduced about 228 to 323 yuan per thousand bags;meanwhile the benefit rose for about 35339 to 61994 yuan.In addition,the animal production would be benefit from the substitutions.
